Prime Orthodontic Studio Ltd is a dental laboratory based in Leicestershire which offers a specialist service manufacturing orthodontic appliances.
Our clientele include other dental laboratories, dentists and private specialist orthodontic surgeons throughout England and Wales.
Our service includes access to our Head Technician, Stephen Prime, who is available to advise client dental surgeons; the provision of prescription and model tickets; delivery/collection in the Leicester area and postage paid delivery/collections for clients further afield.
Steve Prime supervises a small team manufacturing appliance work which ranges from the design and creation of simple removable retainers, through to screw, fixed and functional appliances; mouth guards, gum shields, bleaching trays, anti-snoring and anti-thumb sucking appliances. Our plaster room complements this service, providing anatomically trimmed study models and private study models.
MDD and DAMAS accredited, our quality control procedures ensure that all processes and procedures within the Laboratory are working correctly and to the highest standards. Prime Orthodontic Studio is a member of the Dental Laboratories Association, all student technicians are individually registered with the Dental Technicians Association, and Steve is a member of the Orthodontic Technicians Association.
Within Prime Orthodontic Studio, we are developing our private work and cosmetic orthodontic work. This is in response to the progressing legislation and budgeting arrangements affecting dentistry. Enhancements include the personal technical approach of our two directors, using top quality materials and components, choice of acrylic colour finishes, superior fit and finish.
We are not the cheapest nor are we the quickest – what we offer is quality appliance design, manufacture and service delivery. Ours is a quality service that delivers when it says it is going to deliver. Our priority is to keep our customers happy by making appliances that fit the purpose (being technically correct) and are comfortable to the patient.
