Our quality control procedures ensure that all processes and procedures within the Laboratory are working correctly and to the highest standards.

This pressure moulding machine allows us to use various application techniques to manufacture retainers / appliances using top quality Scheu materials.  Excellent results are consistently attained due to pre-programmed and controlled heating, cooling and pressure moulding.

Eclipse Junior is a refreshingly effective resin system.  Using Eclipse we can make a wide variety of orthodontic appliances, which have improved features compared to standard cold curing and even heat cured acrylics e.g:
